No big progress today, feeling really poorly. I was supposed to start week 3 day 1 of C25k today but getting dressed tired me out to the point of me getting back in bed, so no go on the run. I have spent the day on the couch with cough drops, advil cold and bad tv.
Friday was cheat meal day, my best friend turned 25. Breakfast and lunch were planned, but we went to a burger place and I had a cheeseburger and fries for dinner. I also had a few alcoholic drinks but then danced for 3 hours straight at the club. My hair was soaked underneath to the point that it was like I had just gotten out of the shower, so I don't feel too bad about the burger and fries.Saturday was a work out day and food intake was fine.
Tomorrow morning is weight day, so we will see how it all goes down (and hopefully not up!)
