Weighed in this morning, only one pound lost this week. I have been eating a lot of sodium filled chicken noodle soup over the last few days, so there could be some water weight at play.
Although it was only a small scale victory week, on Friday I had a really fun non-scale victory. We went dancing for my best friend's birthday and I had to resort to what we all coined "the pants dance." It goes like this "dance, dance, pants, dance, dance, pants" with the pants portion being pulling up your pants because they are far too loose. I literally could have danced out of my pants if I hadn't been diligent about pulling them up. :)
Still sick, which is no fun. Hoping to kick the fever and chest congestion soon so I can get back to working out.
